"Once saved always saved" is not scriptural. Jesus warned his own disciples to abide in him or they could be "cast off as a branch and withered, and cast into the fire to be burned" in John 15:4-6. He said they were the salt of the earth, but that if the salt loses it's savour, then it is good for nothing but to be cast out (Matt 5:13). ONLY those who continue following Jesus (sheep) have the promise that "no man can pluck them out of my hand" (John 10:4,5,27-29).
