Marshall, TX 75672 The Church in Marshall (CIM) held it's first meeting on the 3402 South Washington Ave. property in Marshall, Texas on February 3,1985. Prior to that time, meetings were held in the Marshall Civic Center. Randy Shankle had received a command from the Lord Jesus Christ while in Texarkana, Texas to return to the Church (priorto this he had his own ministry) and to make disciples.
